An exciting opportunity has arisen with Ocean Housing Group for a permanent, full time, Head of Repairs and Planned Services within our Property Services team.
As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will support the strategic leadership of the property services function, developing and delivering priorities and financial delivery for the high-quality day-to-day repairs and planned maintenance services. You will be responsible for planning and delivering a cost efficient and customer focused repair and maintenance strategy, ensuring our company objectives and customer service standards are met or exceeded. You will effectively oversee all aspects of the maintenance, repairs and estates management budget, monitoring and reporting all areas of expenditure to ensure budgets are effectively managed. You will ensure continuous improvement across the service, developing robust plans and using customer feedback to drive service improvements and increase customer satisfaction.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will also hold a Membership or eligibility for membership of an appropriate professional institute such as CIOB or RICS. With senior management experience in property maintenance and planned functions management, you will demonstrate experience in major modernisation and repair programmes. You’ll be accustomed to managing budgets and resources and developing plans to deliver strategic growth. Showing commitment to personal development, you will demonstrate inspirational leadership and feel at east managing a variety of projects. You’ll be accustomed to reviewing feedback and complex data to develop improvements and influence others to see the bigger picture.
