We are a fun and professional team to be a part of – who provide excellent HR and people services across the JRF and JRHT group.

We’re now seeking an HR Assistant to provide great services across the full employee lifecycle. Reporting to the People Services Team Leader, you will carry out monthly and annual transactional HR processes, providing effective support and administrative services to managers and employees, ensuring efficiency and organisation throughout. Adding new starters to the HR/Payroll system, you’ll ensure compliance with relevant pre-recruitment checks and conduct regular data audits. Acting as first point of contact for general enquiries, you’ll respond with a positive, friendly approach with good interpersonal skills and a natural desire to offer a good service.

It’s an exciting time to be joining our team now, as we are currently undergoing a large piece of transformation work to migrate our current HR system onto a web-based platform. This will move us forward into a more modern way of working, helping us to achieve our aims of providing more efficient and smooth support services across the group. As the successful candidate, you will be a key team member to help build our system in the way we need it to service the People Teams, and to benefit the whole organisation.

For further details on the role and responsibilities, and the essential and desirable requirements, please refer to the attached job description.
