As an Estates Maintenance Operative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers enjoy safe & well-kept outdoor spaces. Your responsibilities will include:

What you’ll be doing

  Maintenance of grassed areas

  
  


• 
  

  Pruning, weed control & planting to enhance the overall appearance of areas

  
  


• 
  

  Operating & maintaining grounds maintenance equipment

  
  


• 
  

  Digging, clearing & litter picking

  Tree & shrub care to promote a healthy & safe environment

 What we’re looking for

• 
  

  Experience of landscaping & estate maintenance work in communal areas & domestic gardens.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to carry out daily checks, adjustments & basic maintenance on a variety of mechanised equipment such as lawn mowers, strimmers & hedge cutters.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to adhere to instructions, procedures & deadlines.

  
  


• 
  

  Commitment to health & safety guidelines
