We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Community Housing Assistant to join us on a 12-month FTC to support the Commercial and Lettings team in providing a friendly and efficient allocations service.
Key responsibilities include:
responsible to provide administrative and other support to the team
first point of contact for customer enquiries
To support the wider directorate when required.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Experience in a similar environment or a Basic understanding of housing
Ability to work on own initiative
Experience of working in difficult situations with multiple competing priorities
A good basic education including English and Maths qualifications and an ability to communicate potentially difficult decisions with confidence.
Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
