The University of South Wales’ IT Services provide high quality technology solutions and services to support learning and teaching, the web presence, corporate and research operations of the University and we have a proven record in responding to customer needs, using evolving technologies. Working within USW IT Services, the role of Business Analysis Officer is key to supporting the university to change and plan for the future in line with our organisational goals.



You will be helping USW to develop our functions, services and products to meet goals with

internal and external stakeholders across the University. The successful candidate will work on new and existing digital projects and services, helping to understand any issues affecting with our current processes, identifying future needs and helping to create effective and appropriate digital and business solutions. You will also lead on Lean Process and Process Re-engineering.



This position is based at the Treforest campus of the University of South Wales, using a hybrid model of remote / onsite working. However, the successful candidate would be expected to work on campus for part of the week.

Starting salary £39,347 per annum
