Permanent - Full Time – 40 Hours
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our expanding Refurbishment business for an Assistant Repairs Surveyor to join our newly formed Healthy Homes team within a dynamic Partnership.
Based at our Nottingham office and working as part of a wider delivery team under the direction of the Project Manager, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, specifying, and managing property repairs to ensure works are completed on time, in full compliance, and to a high standard. A key aspect of this role is ensuring adherence to Awaab’s Law requirements and HHSRS hazard regulations, meeting strict timescales while prioritising tenant safety and legal compliance.
This role involves working in occupied homes and therefore demands the consistent delivery of a first‑class service, with customer satisfaction being a primary objective.
The ideal Assistant Repairs Surveyor will bring proven experience in delivering workloads within a busy repairs and maintenance environment. Strong knowledge of both internal and external repair programmes is essential, along with excellent communication, customer service, and IT skills.
You will demonstrate a proactive and robust approach to health, safety, and environmental performance and have the capability to oversee our supply chain, ensuring all processes and standards are fully adhered to. We are looking for a confident individual who takes ownership of their work and consistently delivers high‑quality outcomes.
