Warehouse Team Leader – Blackburn site



2-2-4 rotational shift pattern - 7am/7pm



£13.17 per hour



MUST HAVE A VALID FLT LICENCE



About the role



As Warehouse Team Leader you will lead a highly motivated multi-skilled warehouse team to World Class standards.



Responsible for ensuring a safe and efficient warehouse environment whilst achieving agreed service levels, you’ll lead by example and ensure safety remains our number one priority through actions and behaviours. Furthermore, you will make sure resource is managed effectively, ensuring the right skills are in the right areas.



The role is a 2-2-4 rotational shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights and 4 off) which operates a 12 hour shift with paid lunch breaks and is part of a structured pay scale with an annual salary of £29,087.53.



About you



You should have proven experience of working in an FMCG Warehouse Environment, multi-site warehouse experience would be a distinct advantage. With the ability to problem solve, apply lateral thinking and take decisions as appropriate, you must be an effective communicator at all levels and possess strong interpersonal skills to enable team building. We are looking for an individual who has a flexible approach, with the ability to work effectively under pressure when necessary and who has a passion to continually improve. An FLT licence is essential for this position.
