We are pleased to share an opportunity to join Flagship Group’s HR Team, as the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator / ED&I Coordinator. The role is a permanent post, working 37 hours per week: Monday to Friday.

This role is working from our King Street office, in Norwich. The role comes with Agile Working and Flexible Working will be considered.

In this job role as the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator / ED&I Coordinator, you will be part of a team that promotes Flagship’s ED&I strategy across the Group to ensure our employee and customer journeys are accessible and inclusive. You will support everyone to be the best they can be and help great people to do great things at Flagship. Your role is to support the ED&I Manager and the wider HR team with a diverse array of projects, initiatives, events and administrative tasks to help ensure that our employee journey is accessible and inclusive for all.

Working closely with the ED&I Manager, you’ll research, apply and promote diversity initiatives and share best practice across the business. This includes creating and delivering ED&I training, supporting with our Diversity Networks, general administrative duties, sharing relevant comms on our internal channels and improving policies, procedures and initiatives to maintain our inclusive culture.

Applications are welcomed for the role of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator / ED&I Coordinator from those who have strong written and verbal communication skills and can maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including our employee diversity networks.

You must be comfortable with researching varied topics, identifying key information for social media posts and developing training content. As well as competent in using Microsoft packages.

You must be passionate about equity, diversity and inclusion. As well as having a strong understanding of the importance of attracting and celebrating a diverse workforce. You'll need to feel comfortable presenting to a varied audience and challenging others when necessary or would be willing to develop in these areas.
