An exciting role has become available for a skilled CRM Marketing Manager to join a well established and prestigious UK & International retail brand specialising in high end fine bone china, hot beverages and luxury confectionary.
Based in impressive offices in Oxford the role of the CRM Marketing Manager is both broad and challenging and will no doubt be the most high-profile marketing hire of 2012.
The role will be responsible for delivering date and digital campaigns, driving acquisition and increasing conversion as well as planning and delivering successful CRM focused campaigns. There will also be the responsibility to manage the on-going relationship with the data and CRM agency and to report on the impact of campaigns on traffic, acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue.
Working closely with the heads of marketing and e-commerce this CRM Marketing Manager role will also have responsibility for a sizable budget. The role will also work closely with the wider marketing department and creative teams.
The successful applicant should have significant previous CRM, data marketing or email marketing experience and be passionate about both data and digital.

Salary to £50,000 + annual bonus and benefits
