Salary £14,630 up to £16,766 per annum
We require a well organised and enthusiastic Administrator to provide an efficient administrative and reception service for the Parkside Lane college campus. You will deal with general enquiries courteously at the Reception Area and undertake administrative duties as required including co-ordinating the arrangements for courses/seminars.
You will also be required to develop and maintain links with clients and co-ordinate correspondence relating to courses which will include: booking delegates onto courses, the preparation and distribution of publicity material, booking suitable venues and arranging the distribution of course materials.
You should possess 5 GCSEs (grades A*-C) including English and Maths, or equivalent qualification. You should have relevant experience and excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently with staff and clients.
